Kevin Bradley is the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Assurant, Inc., a specialty insurance company headquartered in New York City. In this role, he is responsible for driving the Compliance and Diversity initiatives in all of company's lines of business. Prior to joining Assurant, Kevin spent 11 years with McDonald's Corporation as a Director in their Inclusion and Diversity Department. He has been in the Human Resources area for over twenty years and has served as a recruiter, generalist, business partner, compliance specialist, and diversity practitioner. Kevin has always tried to ensure that the companies he has worked for have an understanding and appreciation of the APA community and market.
Over the years, Kevin has served either as a Board member or as an Advisor with APA organizations including AAJC, NAAAP, Asian American Institute, OCA, and the Asian Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF). He is also a Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow and has served on the Boards of the US Business Leadership Network, Equip for Equality, the Chicagoland Business Leadership Network, and the Parents' Alliance Employment Project.
Raised in Chicago's Chinatown by his Chinese-American mother and Irish-American father, Kevin spends his free time studying and teaching Aikido and enjoying time with his wife Barbara and his children Collin and Brianna Jade.
