Anika Raju is the Programs Associate for Census and Civic Engagement at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC.
She is responsible for supporting the development of targeted messaging and communications materials on voting and census, supporting policy advocacy on voting and census, and assisting with the development and implementation of nationally coordinated public education campaigns on voting and census.
Prior to joining Advancing Justice | AAJC, Anika was a communications intern for the governance studies program at The Brookings Institution. She has also worked as a political and communications intern at America Votes, as a federal and gubernatorial campaigns intern at EMILY’s List, and as a constituent services intern in the immigration sector of her Senator’s office.
Anika received her B.A. in International Affairs & Political Science from The George Washington University.
