Asian Americans Advancing Justice is a national affiliation of five leading organizations advocating for the civil and human rights of Asian Americans and other underserved communities to promote a fair and equitable society for all. To achieve our mission, we work together—as equal and independent partners under one name, speaking with one unified and powerful voice—to promote justice, empower our communities, bring local and national constituents together, and strengthen our multi-racial democracy.

The affiliation’s members are Advancing Justice | AAJC (Washington, DC), Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus (San Francisco), Advancing Justice - Atlanta, Advancing Justice - Chicago, and AJSOCAL (Southern California) —to enhance the impact of our collective work. 

Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC is a national organization located in Washington D.C. dedicated to advancing the civil and human rights of Asian Americans and building a fair and equitable society for all through public education, public policy advocacy, community organizing, and litigation.

Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Asian Law Caucus is located in San Francisco, and is the nation’s oldest legal organization defending the civil rights of Asians and Pacific Islanders, particularly low-income, immigrant and underserved communities.

Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta is the first non-profit law center dedicated to Asian immigrants and refugees in the Southeast, with the goal to engage, educate, and empower under-represented Asian Americans to greater civic participation.

Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Chicago is the leading pan-Asian organization in the Midwest, with a mission to empower the Asian American community through advocacy, research, education, and coalition-building.
