Cindy Ji

Cindy joined AAJC in 2024 and leads the Community Engagement team.

Previously, Cindy worked at the Texas office of the Children's Defense Fund, leading everything from grassroots campaigns, to public education efforts, to cross-state federal coalitions. Her expertise is in helping families stay informed, connected, and organized to advocate for change. She has a wealth of nonprofit experience and a love of organizing, advocacy, and storytelling.

Cindy graduated from the University of Chicago and has a Master's of Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs.
