Asian American Advocacy Network
The Asian American Advocacy Network mobilizes advocates who want to be at the table on national policy issues, such as defending immigrant communities, protecting our right to vote, or safeguarding us from government surveillance. That can look like many things, from contacting Congress to sharing information with your networks, from plugging into local community organizations to mobilizing training your own community to join the fight.
This network is for everyone: from seasoned activists to those looking for their first chance to make a difference in our current political environment. Together, our actions hold power. We offer the expertise of our organization and legislative proceedings to help you wield that power to move us towards a future where our leaders represent us, and our communities can thrive.
What to expect:
- Opportunities to take action on immigration, education, anti-racial profiling, and more, particularly with your Congressional representatives
- Short, informative blurbs on issues that impact Asian American communities—in your home state and nationally
- Connections to local AAPI-led efforts in your area
